We are pleased to share some highlights from the first half of 2026:
- Worked with over 100 partners totaling $5.8 billion invested worldwide.
- 48 companies across a range of industries worked with us for the first time, and 53 existing partners returned for further funding, demonstrating our ability to provide follow on funding.
- $3.7 billion investment grade investments.
- $1.9 billion below investment grade investments. Notably, our Milan team closed a €65 million investment, alongside a $35 million PGIM Private Shelf facility, with Lario Reti Holding SpA, a municipality-owned operator of the Integrated Water Service for the entire Province of Lecco.
- Nearly $2.0 billion invested across 27 combined private credit and large cap private credit direct lending transactions. A key highlight includes closing our inaugural transaction with Spartan Aerospace, a vertically integrated aluminum component manufacturing.
- Over $165 million of mezzanine investments, including our inaugural financing of AM Owner Group, the largest whale-watching and day cruise company in the state of Alaska.
- $1.4 billion invested in energy and power transactions, including financing Invenergy Cannon Falls LLC, a transaction which represents our third direct investment within Invenergy’s operating thermal generation portfolio.
- Over $403 million across infrastructure investments. Notably, our Real Assets and Madrid teams participated in a joint financing of Lyntia Networks SA, a leading wholesale fiber operator in the Spanish telecommunications market.
