- Cortez Refinancing: Through a direct transaction, PGIM provided Cortez with $92 million of asset‑level senior secured notes to refinance existing company debt.
- Impala Refinancing: PGIM, via a collaboration between its Energy Infrastructure and Paris offices, participated in a $700 million senior secured financing to refinance existing company debt.
- Broad use of proceeds consisting of refinancings, growth capex financing, HoldCo / sponsor back-leverage, and dividend recap.
- Investment sizes ranging from $9 million to ~$92 million.
- Overall, PGIM’s private credit platform invested nearly $14.5 billion of private capital globally across over 250 companies, resulting in $113 billion in assets under management at year-end.
